Step 1

Holding one corner of the bed sheet, take hold of the bed sheet with the other hand allowing a distance of about 6 inches from your hand and the corner of the bed sheet let the sheet come over you body front.

Step 2

With the opposite arm raised allow your elbow to bend an angle of 90%, cover the sheet over the arm and bring the sheet below the arm right at the armpit.
